Set in an area of pristine wilderness in the Kafue National Park, Kaingu Lodge offers a magnificent game and safari experience in the heart of the African bush. The river ensures that there is something for everyone - fishing, bird watching and river cruises for example. The lodge is built with environmental impact in mind, designed to blend in and harmonise with its surroundings. The focal point of Kaingu is the thatched central boma with lounge, bar and dining facilities.

The accommodation at Kaingu comprises of one family house and four luxuriously appointed en-suite safari tents set under thatch and built on raised rosewood platforms overlooking the river. Each chalet has a spacious bathroom and outdoor shower.

There are a myriad of choices for activities, including game drives, walking safaris, river cruises, fishing, cultural visits and the chance to spend some time on one of Kaingu's two hides.
